Hi Matt – Thanks for the compliment and for dropping by. The Lien Pilot is available to anyone to use at no charge, without the requirement to use our document service, etc….so yes, it is a stand-alone service.
We’re working on a lot of improvements, and will likely charge folks to use some of the improvements. The service as it exists now, however, will remain free. And an iPhone app is on its way.
